What a FANTASTIC experience! Out of all the vehicle purchases I've done this one was by far the pinnacle! NO pressure, complete transparency, no BS! The car we were interested in was in immaculate condition and priced very fair! The entire purchase process from the time we walked in the door was less than an HOUR! These folks take every bit of pain and frustration out of the car buying experience and we will definitely be back! If you've ever had a bad experience at a car dealership- give these guys a chance, you won't be disappointed! You're not treated like a commission check here- you are treated like family! I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about a week or so, and nearly had one purchased at another dealer until the sales manager at the dealer ran me off by trying to push (even questioning how valuable my time was that I would want to drive 5 miles to get a check from a bank) me into a higher interest rate than I had through a local credit union. I decided to walk out of that dealership after I heard enough. I called and talked to Kevin and could tell right away he would not feed me lines of B.S. Went out on Friday afternoon and got a great deal on the type of Jeep I wanted. Kevin and his son were easy to do business with and I would highly recommend using Nachbar for future used car purchases.

My wife has been shopping for an SUV with low mileage for several months. Last week, she saw several vehicles at Nachbar Automotive. I can honestly say that the experience shopping at Nachbar was the most pleasant I ever had. Folks were friendly and professional. Not sure what it was but you felt at ease when you first entered the building. No pressure at all. I can't thank Kevin and George enough for the experience we had. These guys are the real deal. I was shopping for months online looking for a low-mileage used vehicle that fit all of my particular needs. It was a big investment to me and I wasn't about to screw it up. I ended up calling the dealer over a car that had a decent amount of mileage, but was a one owner trade-in (SUPER CLEAN). Anyways, I incidentally ended up on the phone with Ryan Nachbar and was taken back by how honest and forward he was about how he was directly involved with the acquiring process and how I will not be disappointed. I really wanted to be suspicious of a used car sale, but even when I brought my family gear-head to take a look - every word Ryan spoke proved true. They had done all of the vetting work for me as a buyer, I happily paid the asking price.

A great group of guys! We felt like the whole group was selling us the vehicle. Very fun and relaxing environment. No pressure. Went in on a Friday and test drove the vehicle we were interested in and came back on Wednesday and purchased it. Would differently recommend them. They went above and beyond to make us happy. Both my wife and I liked the way George handled our car buying experience. My wife went to test drive a vehicle that she has wanted for some time. George helped her and treated her with respect. George did not try to intimidate like some other dealers are. Once I arrived George treated me with the same respect. He was professional and very helpful. The quality of the facility, inventory, and staff is unrivaled among used car dealerships. A few months ago, I began my quest looking for a another Cadillac, with specific color exterior and interior. I knew I needed used, and wanted low mileage and a good price. As I searched in the area and on-line, I knew the price range that I would be paying. Quite by accident, I found Nachbar Automotive had the car that with the features and color that I wanted, it was a 2015 with only 5200miles. However, I was a bit hesitant, because of two reasons. First, I had hear about on-line scams and I also wondered about why the price was less than many of the hundreds of cars that I had previously priced. After researching the dealership, (as it was nearly 1000 miles away), I called on April 22nd with a list of questions. George, the salesman, answered all my questions. Our communication after that was through emails. George was prompt in responding to my emails. He worked with me on the shipping costs, and it was much cheaper to ship than had I flown there. George also was willing to work with me on price. Did I have a reservation about not having seen the vehicle first? Sure, but I taken the time to do the research, and felt confident I would like it, and I was right. 15 days later, I got my car! I love it! Although I believe in shopping locally, there is not a Cadillac dealer in the area, nor was there one with a price as good as this one was!
